Support

Treasury support is handled through Discord.

Treasury does not use public support email, blog comments, or third-party support portals as the official docs support path.

Official support channel

Join the Treasury Discord for help, questions, bug reports, and product feedback.

How to ask for help

When asking for help, include enough context for someone to reproduce or understand the issue:

  • The page, feature, or workflow you are using.
  • The exact error message or unexpected behavior.
  • Screenshots or logs when they are relevant.
  • The account, workspace, ticket, order, or project identifier when it is safe to share.
  • What you already tried.

Do not post secrets, payment credentials, private keys, session tokens, or private customer data in public channels.

Bug reports

Use Discord for bug reports until Treasury publishes a dedicated bug-reporting surface.

Include:

  • What broke.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • The steps that triggered it.
  • Whether the issue is blocking production work.

Security reports

Do not disclose active vulnerabilities in public channels.

Open a private Discord thread with Treasury staff or ask for the correct private escalation path in the Treasury Discord.

Application-level support

Treasury can help with Treasury-owned workflows, docs, account issues, and product behavior.

Treasury does not guarantee debugging support for third-party application code unless Treasury staff explicitly agrees to help in Discord.
